I feel like this has ATT filtering/QoS issue written all over it (uverse 350/350 fiber), but was hoping someone had a fix.ġ)Error response when getting clip stats from server: 0 errorĢ) An error occurred loading the camera list.ģ) Video stream was lost. I also updated BI, wiped my clips, changed my switch, changed out the clip storage hard drive, deleted all the DBs, changed ports to 40k, changed port to 80, used my actual IP (not DNS) but no change. This is after years of working fine with no changes to my router or network gear. If you close the webpage and reopen, it may not even load. In my house, it works great from any device, but outside my house I can watch the live view of my 2 cameras, but if I click on anything like alerts of clips, the page half loads the clips on the side, freezes, and then starts throwing errors. I found this thread while googling the same issue. so hopefully this is a start to resolving the issue. It also spit out a stunnel contact for this issue so I emailed them. Thanks, I did do some poking around and watched the Stunnel logs and was able to see it resetting in the logs when I had my issue. Make sure you keep STUNNEL up-to-date 5.5.5 should be the latest. My STUNNEL has strong ciphers and is locked to TLS 1.2 only and a few other custom setups, so first thing I will do is re-generate the cert and then try default configs. I took a quick look, and it appears Cert \ STUNNEL related. iOS Remote Viewing of H.264 CLIP's, has stopped via the iOS app.Īll functions via Chrome (Web Viewing) are fine. iOS Local Viewing of H.265 CLIP's is fine via the iOS app It's not on my priority list as I use H.265 which iOS doesn't play back anyway. I noticed the same this morning on my personal deployment with a test H.264 feed. I am however using https and port forwarding thru Stunnel. So it doesnt seem to be a connection/router issue. I know I have no issues with anything on the web ui3 interface. I dont even know where to start troubleshooting this. This has all been fairly recent issue with in the last few months. Then it wont reconnect unless I restart the app. When I try to access the quick preview clip it stalls and disconnects me in the app. The option in the calendar wont even populate the clips. I can only see the quick preview of clips. However if Im on someone elses WIFI or 4G network I have access to my cameras but the alerts or clips will not play. Everything function as it should if Im on my home network. Everything used to work just fine, then in the last three months Ive noticed quirks with the app. I have no access to any of my clips or alerts outside of my home network. Things only go awry when using Blue Iris.So Ive noticed something lately that I never had a problem with before. And yes, the VPN works fine for all of my other data and applications. If I run the app without the VPN, then the Blue Iris app works fine. It's almost like the app knows about all the clips, tries to fill in the video images, fails to do so, and then gets rid of the clip entirely. Note that when the alerts page first comes up in the app, there are many clips without their images filled in yet, and they start shuffling around like crazy with the net result being that they mostly disappear. I might see 4 clips out of dozens that are actually there.) Edit: Manual workaround 'fix' mentioned below. Im getting double-overlays (from the cameras and BI) on alert clips, but when I view the feeds in the system, it only shows the camera overlays as intended. Tried enabling overlays, saving, then disabling them, but nothing. Then, if I exit the app and reenter it, I'm back to ground zero with most of the clips missing. I went through all my settings and couldnt figure it out. If I repeatedly, select the alerts button (without exiting the app), the missing clips eventually fill in, but it takes many repeats just to get the first 6-7 clips correctly. I know the missing clips should be there because they can be seen in the server's clip window. In the iOS app, when selecting the alerts button, if I am going through a VPN, many of the alert clips are missing. I am running Blue Iris version 4.0.4.3 and the Blue Iris iOS app version 1.18.03.
